Description

Developed by the JAMAITY association, the JAMAITY ACADEMY e-learning platform is an online space dedicated to training and equipping civil society actors in Tunisia, designed to adapt to all levels of expertise.

It offers a wide variety of courses created by experts, covering essential areas for association development such as governance, community mobilization, communication, and advocacy.

Completely flexible and accessible at any time, the platform provides an interactive and diverse learning experience (videos, quizzes, discussion forums) that allows users to progress at their own pace while validating their skills with recognized certifications.

In addition, it features an innovative legal support space that allows associations to check their compliance with the requirements of Tunisian law through a checklist system and recommendations.

It is an optimal solution for anyone wishing to strengthen their professional skills and maximize their involvement and impact within their community

My role

I support the JAMAITY association on the digital side of Jamaity Academy as part of my consulting work with Jamaity, which follows my time as the association’s digital media manager between 2022 and 2023. Knowing the organization and its audience of associations from the inside helps keep the platform aligned with the real needs of Tunisian civil society.

What I deliver

  • Webmastering of the e-learning platform: updates, content integration and technical follow-up
  • Search engine optimization so that associations looking for training can find the courses
  • Community management and social media content promoting the courses, certifications and legal support space
  • Contribution to the platform’s digital communication strategy

An e-learning platform only creates impact if the people it is built for know it exists and can reach it easily. My work focuses on that link between the platform and its audience.
